I also overlooked the term that states that you need to be established (like you, I registered within the first few weeks of my blog's launch). But I'm not sure whether to register again when my blog qualifies. My first impression was that none of the money making topics were relevant to my site, and that the truly good topics required PR's beyond what I can attest to right now.
